Hey i think we should allow very skilled players into 2nd rangers because while new talent comes in to the game we are missing out on expanding our clan..take Steves COD2 clan {ReVo} for example. They have over 30 members and very elite divisions (squads for us). TO prove the effectiveness of these they have to train intensively to get in. They have won almost every clan war they have entered and they have been together for over 2 years. Also, i suggest that that we have clan scrims because that gives us a chance to play against each other to show our real skill vs. other elite players. Also this will improve our weapons and tactics skills.
