i say that all squads should be diffent. like contian different men, or kinds of men,not all have 1 assult, 1 medic, 1 anti tank, 1 engineer. they should be different and have specialized tasks, like the sniper squad.you could have a defense squad with engineers and anti tanks, then have a attack squad with assults and medics, get my drift?

yea but what if the defense squad is down? then you dont got no defense. if you put a differant genre of soldier into each squad or fireteam then at least if one squad dies you still got 2 more of those same types of soldier

you cant split them up like that because if the defence team is on the other side of the map wats the assault team gonna do when there pined down by a tank

unless people vouleenter to use the same gun everytime they play you cant really make them which is why fireteams isnt a good idea in the first place because if all the assault spots are taken up and someone wants to be assault he has to switch to something he sucks at

I just say we do 1 squad.. Since we are gonna go back to 2nd rangers with less people..
1 medic 2 assaults and a sniper/engineer. That seems to work out best. The medic stays in the back of the 2 assault men that will always be together, and heals/helps out. The scout(depending on what map) will find a good place to camp, and pick off the enemies. He will always be alone, with no one helping him out. If it isn't a map that needs a scout then the engineer will be fixing tanks and vehicles, taking spawn points, mining certaint areas, and helping out the medics and assaults..
That seems like a good firesquad right there... You can devise another fire squad, but I like that one..

ill agree to play as a medic...that is my favorite pack and i would gladly play with it all game but i like that idea cause the assaults can go in up front and the medica can heal them and help shoot. while the sniper protects them and the engineer repairs their vehicles

Yeah, if we are one squad there's gonna be 2 to 4 fire squads, so don't worry if you don't want to be that pack. And we can also switch off who's sniper and engineer or medic/assault if someone dies. It would also work on an all infantry map with 2 medics and 2 assaults. 1 medic for each assault man.

guys looking at how many people are leaving and going somewhere else i dont think we should bother with squads until we are a fully functioning clan. Also with the clan split up in 1.61 and 1.31 we wont have enough people in 1 version to make more than 1 squad which makes the whole thing pointless
